Through a focus on systems and creation over analytics we understand the creative based business betterthan any other community out there. As a creative we are neither 100% creative, nor 100% analytic machines.....but a HYBRID MODEL.

I was a lifetime creative, if there was something I could sketch with and draw on , rest assured it was getting marked up. But at the same time I also had the engineering mind that craved structure and sought to put things in simple buckets, and was obsessed with the organization of things . An unchecked creative mind is a dangerous thing, in giving it too much freedom leaves you chasing 15 ducks in a row (and those little bastards love to wander off). Many times at the end of the day you end up with nothing but overwhelm sitting in a pile of partially finished projects but nothing truly worth the effort.

On the other hand an overly structured mind does not allow a creative to thrive and be the best that they can be, and for the creative life without inspiration and spontaneous events is not even worth living . When you translate that over to business .....it means having time of profound intensity....and then burnout and resentment

So I started 7th Season Society to help people who have been let down by this all or nothing mentality to business to help them reconnect with the passion, and monetize it to get them a job they actually loved to work in most days.
